COMMON AREA CLOSED AFTER SUNSET – Violators/Trespassers will be prosecuted.
No vandalism of property – violators will be prosecuted.
No firearms.
No Swimming.
No ATVs or unauthorized vehicles on the Dam or Spillway.
All illegal acts are subject to arrest by law enforcement.
No gasoline or oil powered equipment on the lake.
No glass containers in the Common Area.
Privileges to Common Area subject to suspension by Board of Directors.
